"Pay It Forward"

I think the concept of “paying it forward” is a great idea. If every person in the world helped three other people and those people helped three more people it could potentially start a trend that would be taken all around the world. I think that this concept could easily promote world peace. So many people these days are trying to figure out how people can be happier and they are also trying to figure out a way for people to stop fighting. This concept of “paying it forward” could easily do that. When someone is helped by someone else they get happy and they in turn want to help someone else. This concept is a great idea and it surprises me that an eleven year old could come up with this idea.

I have “paid it forward” quite a few times, but I have babysat for some of our friends a few times and they have wanted to pay me for my services but I refused and told them that it was my pleasure to watch their children and that I did not need any money to do something that I really enjoyed. This made me feel really good about myself because I was happy to help out our friends and they really appreciated my services.
